A conversation. A clinical assessment.
A considered next step.
Explore IV therapy with ZenDXB. Your health history and clinical needs guide whether an infusion is appropriate for you.

A PERSONAL APPROACH TO IV THERAPY
An infusion delivers prescribed fluids or medicines through a vein. It is a medical procedure: the reason for treatment, the ingredients and your individual risks all matter.
We start by understanding your needs. Your clinician may recommend further assessment, an oral option, or an IV treatment where clinically appropriate.
START WITH HOW YOU FEEL
Symptoms are the starting point for a conversation. Finding their cause helps determine whether IV therapy has a role.
Tiredness can relate to sleep, stress, medicines or a medical condition. A review and relevant tests can help identify the reason.
Only where there is a specific indication. For example, confirmed iron-deficiency anaemia may sometimes require IV iron when oral iron is unsuitable or ineffective. An infusion is not a general treatment for fatigue.
These can be signs of dehydration. The clinician considers fluid loss, your ability to drink and any underlying illness.
Drinking fluids or an oral rehydration solution is often appropriate. IV fluids may be needed if oral replacement is inadequate or not possible, following medical assessment.
These symptoms have many possible causes, including dehydration or anaemia. They should not be used to self-select a drip.
Treatment depends on the diagnosis and severity. An infusion may be one option for a confirmed problem; further investigation or referral may be more appropriate.
If a test has identified a deficiency, bring the report to your appointment. Your clinician will consider its cause, severity and the appropriate way to replace it.
Not every deficiency requires an infusion. Oral treatment, dietary changes or another route may be appropriate. IV replacement is considered only when there is a supported clinical indication and a suitable product.
Examples explain possible clinical uses, not a treatment menu. Availability and suitability require confirmation with the clinical team.
Persistent dizziness, markedly reduced urination or inability to keep fluids down needs prompt medical assessment. Severe breathlessness, chest pain, fainting or confusion needs emergency care; do not wait for a routine IV appointment.
BEFORE THE DRIP
There is more to deciding on an infusion than choosing a name from a menu.
Symptoms, existing conditions, medicines, supplements and previous reactions help shape the conversation.
A clinical review considers whether treatment is needed. Relevant investigations may be recommended; testing is tailored to the clinical question.
Discuss the expected benefit, limitations, risks and alternatives. An IV is only one possible route to care.
YOUR VISIT, CONSIDERED
A clear pathway, with room for your questions.
Treatment depends on assessment and suitability.
Tell the clinician what brings you in. Bring your medicine list and any relevant recent results.
Review the proposed treatment, alternatives, costs and expected duration before you decide. Ask what each ingredient is for.
If prescribed, an infusion is administered by the clinical team with monitoring appropriate to the treatment. Tell the team immediately if you feel unwell.
Leave with guidance on what to expect, when to seek help and whether a follow-up review is needed.
COMPLIMENTARY INBODY SCAN
Your IV therapy visit includes a complimentary InBody body composition scan, subject to suitability.
Explore the balance of muscle, body fat and body water with the team, and use those insights to start a more informed conversation about your health.
Body composition estimates do not diagnose nutrient deficiencies or determine whether an IV is needed. IV suitability requires a separate clinical assessment.

SKIN CARE, THOUGHTFULLY COMBINED
Compact Lite offers tailored light protocols for blemish-prone skin, visible signs of ageing, pigmentation, redness and sensitive skin. Your clinician selects the approach for your concerns; improvements may require a course of treatment and results vary.
The practical appeal is convenience: when appropriate, your skin treatment can take place while you are settled for your IV, without arranging a separate visit.
Dermalux is an optional skin treatment. It is not intended to make the IV work better, and each treatment has its own suitability checks.
The team will check for light sensitivity, relevant conditions and medicines, and advise on eye protection. Temporary redness or irritation can occur. Treatment settings, timing and expected results depend on your skin and the device used.
BENEFITS, LIMITATIONS & RISKS
Not everyone needs or is suitable for IV therapy. Share any kidney or heart conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, allergies and medicines with the clinician.
Risks can include discomfort, bruising, vein irritation and infection. Allergic reactions, fluid overload and other serious complications can occur; risks vary by treatment.
Benefits depend on the reason for treatment and the individual. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Your clinician should explain the evidence and limitations before treatment.
A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
You can discuss your goals and questions, but suitability and any prescription require clinical assessment. Treatment is not confirmed by sending an enquiry.
That depends on your history, symptoms and the proposed treatment. Your clinician will explain any recommended tests and why they are relevant.
Assessment and infusion times vary with the treatment and your needs. Contact the clinic to discuss the visit; the team will explain the expected timing before treatment.
Ask the team for the assessment fee and an itemised treatment quote, including any investigations, before proceeding.
No. An infusion is a medical procedure with potential side effects and complications. Your clinician will discuss the risks, expected benefits and alternatives relevant to you.
